Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the item you received, you can apply for a return and refund according to the following policy.

Orders older than 30 days are generally not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue with the item or the wrong item was received.

• Tags, labels, and packaging are intact.


• There is no man-made damage, stains, or odors.


• Valid order information is available.


We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that do not meet the return conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items


The following items are generally non-returnable:


• Worn, washed, or used items

• Items damaged by human error

• Items damaged due to personal reasons

• Received the wrong item or have quality issues


If you receive:


• Wrong item

• Wrong size (due to incorrect shipping)

• Item with manufacturing defects

• Item severely damaged during shipping


Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide relevant photos. After verification, we will provide a refund, replacement, or reshipment.


4. Refund Policy


Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and accepted.


The refund amount will be returned to the original payment method:


• Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to arrive.


• Actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of the bank or payment institution.


5. Return Process

Step 2: Obtain Return Authorization


After customer service approves the request, we will send you return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

6. Order Cancellation


We will process your order as soon as possible after submission.


Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, but you can apply for a return according to this policy upon receipt.
